Can my 17 year old daughter renew her passport there? Can we still do it at 5:30 pm?

I don't know what their hours are. I DO know one can do passports there. I myself renewed my passport by mail within the last three months. I did pull up the necessary form from on line, don't remember exactly which form. First have passport pictures taken. I did my pictures at Walgreens
