Truly the biggest joke of a post office. They keep saying they can’t access my mail box to drop off my package, but are leaving my paper mail with no issue. Which leads me to think they’re stealing packages. They never answer their phones and disputing anything on their website leads to a prompt that says they’re unable to process the inquiry. How can you not access my mailbox for my package but drop off junk mail the same exact day?

Service was fast and suttle my appointment for my passport was at 11:15 but the kind lady helped me at 10:50 and I was out the door by 11:17 not bad !

I have never had any problems with this post office, they have always been really nice. They've held my mail. The only postal interruption I had I asked them about it and they told me my postal worker was being harassed on the route and it became an extra route. It eventually cleared up. I am glad she got to drop that. People need to treat postal workers better.

This is the most incompetent, incapable, and rude post office I’ve ever been to. I’ve been dealing with them all week for different issues. I’m literally debating moving so I don’t fall in their delivery area! That’s how bad it is here.

THEY DON'T CARE
No they never answer I legit have been trying to call them all day and no one answered. Actually no at one point someone did answer and left me on hold for 30mins I disconnect The call after waiting
I’m at 5848 n Kenmore and I swear the mail carrier steals the packages. I have about 7 missing in a row, let’s do something about it
I guess they are trying to do a good job. Show some understanding and patience. But I do think they need more staffs for quicker and more qualitative service
Yes I agree. The USPS delivery service has been deteriating for years now, especially in the Rogers Park area. I am missing packages and mail that should of been delivered by now.
You can go online to but you would need to see if your zip code is available for holding at www usps.com if it's not then you would have to go in I believe to fill out to form Sir I hope this helped you

My package was out for delivery since February 3, 2021. It is now February 21, 2021. Still no package. I opened a complaint and the Devon office marked it resolved and closed it without delivering my package at all. No help. No resolution. Now there is yet another package that is missing. Tracking stopped being updated the moment it made it to Chicago. It's been days.
