NYCB was an excellent company to work with. They got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions very clearly. I specifically worked with Jonathan, and he made the process very easy. He went above and beyond and I was very pleased with the customer service!

NYCB has helped me for years with my seafood imports and I couldn’t be happier. Jonathan and the whole crew meticulously handle our entries and make sure our goods are cleared and ready to go as soon as they arrive!

Good Afternoon Joseph, Unfortunately we do not currently handle imports of automobiles (cars, motorcycles or other). We are mainly focused on commercial food commodity clearances as well as a few other specialty items. Automobile clearances are niche market and I would suggest for you to work with a customs brokerage specializing in this type of clearance. Thank you for your understanding, NYCB Inc.

Can you call and get an update on the shipping status of a specific parcel? I ordered from a store in the UK and it has gone through this office, and the tracking says customs cleared but the shipping status hasn't changed in 6 business days.

Good Afternoon Sarah, I do not believe your shipment came through our offices as we do not regularly handle parcel shipments (we work mainly on full container loads or large air cargo shipments). That said I would advise to contact your shipper and/or the courier service used (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS etc.) and they should be able to provide you with more up-to-date information. Thank you!
