Store closed at 9a, 30min after opening time! Looking thru reviews looks like this is a frequent problem. They should provide some sort of explanation or change their hours!!

This place sucks, every time one of my packages gets sent there if I am not home to sign for it and pick it up, they don’t scan it in the system. So, when I get there and give my tracking number “they don’t have it”. Always a frustrating experience and awful customer service.

Extremely kind and helpful staff! I’ve been to several UPS stores but they are definitely far nicer than all the others I’ve been too! I will make a detour now just to go to this location. They were very understanding when I was struggling in the heat with my baby in his stroller, tried to help me process my returns when there was an issue with the QR code, and in general their kind attitude made me feel a lot better about what ended being a return nightmare and spending an hour on the phone with Amazon. Thank you!
