Date 02/22/2022 Went to do my kid passport the girl at the counter tell me I have to have an ID for the child (just pure ignorance). So I make an appointment at the PO on Lawrence Thanks to (John)and I had no problem Today 02/28/2022. Cicero PO please train your employees.

I Come Here On a Daily Basis to Ship Packages For My Business & Day After Day I Am Greeted and Thanked for Stopping in. My Soon to Be Husband & I Recently Renewed our passports here. It was extremely smooth process, from filling out paperwork, pictures to payment. My only complaint is parking is difficult to find.

I would call another post office to see how to go about it, but first contact the person or business that sent it and find out the tracking number. I don't work for the post office, just a customer!

The best thing to do Is to go to the usps.gov and set up an appointment so you don't have to wait in line and you know when you are going to get your passport done
Hi Sue. I don't think this location provides fax services. I would look into FedEx Office locations. There's one on Foster and Pulaski.
Unfortunately without the tracking it is an issue. If you paid with a credit debit card you can try to ask them with the cards transaction number. Good luck
