Lots of land, depending on what you want. Lake views can start in the million range and go WAY up from there. Back country undeveloped land that is only accessed in summer averages 200k for about 25 acres. Undeveloped near town in wooded area about 200k for 10 to 15 acres. Housing is expensive as there is a shortage of homes now. Cost of living is high here too since we're 100+ miles from the interstate. Lots of people from the wealthy areas moving here to get away from what they don't like and pay full price cause they feel the prices are low to them so prices are rocketing up fast. Last couple of years has seem my own place go up over 30% in market resale value!
