What should I do when my neighbors are smoking so much weed that my house wreaks of it and I don't or have anything to do with drugs and or alcohol got any advice I am sick and tired of it

Call 911 and tell them what you just said here. All the equal they at least come and talk to you in person. They may even talk to your neighbors.
