I had both good and bad experiences here, but I’m leaving only one star because of how serious the bad was. Most of my time here was fine, the apartment didn’t have bugs & my neighbors were nice. The last month of my lease is where it started to go wrong. My AC started to go out in very early July, and fully went out not long after. This is when the temperatures were 100 or above most days, and at one point it was 91 degrees in my apartment. I put in multiple requests and it was never fixed. Maintenance would come to look at it but whatever they tried didn’t work, and instead of replacing the unit or calling a specialist, I was given one window unit for my bedroom (that was installed incorrectly and I had to do it myself) and was told they would fix it still, but as far as I could tell it was never fixed. Also, back when the AC was still only sort of working and getting the apt to about 78-81 degrees on average, I was told by the front desk lady that “that might be as good as it’s going to get with how hot it is”. I slept at other peoples houses for at least two weeks. On top of this, safety in the area quickly went downhill. During the air conditioning mess, there were multiple break in attempts at the apartment directly below me according to my neighbor, and there was a shooting on my street where 3 different cars had their windows blown out. Cop cars are frequently in the complex for whatever the reason may be, so just be aware that there are safer complexes. I will say that the good parts were really good. The manager there was very kind and worked with me on taking some rent off because of the air conditioning. The maintenance people are very nice. My neighbors were great. They have updated card free systems for the laundromats, and there are 3 of them. The price I was paying per month for rent and utilities was manageable. I had no bugs which is very hard to find it seems. So, if I had only moved out a month sooner, this review would likely be 4-5 stars. Overall though, I wouldn’t move back now.

This place isn't safe. The security service is as bad as it gets. Very unhelpful. I live here with my fiance and it's an increasingly scary place at night. Homeless, druggies all over. Loud music all hours of the night not addressed. Not a good place to raise children.

I would urge potential residents to make SURE they see the actual unit they'll be renting, not just the model. Edit: Better "make ready" and housekeeping would have vastly improved our experience You can tell it used to be a really nice property, it looks like it wasn't taken care of for a while and now they're playing catch up. There are way worse places to be, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Edit 2: It is in a flight path for the airport and the helicopters and airplanes are very loud.

I really enjoyed living here at first, quiet and has a nice pool. However the cons out weigh the pros. It is roach infested. From day one when I entered my apartment all I could smell was bug fogger, didn't help with their roach problem. I just got done doing their 3 step treatment. Doesn't help . I had no roaches before moving here. They are coming through the ceilings. They make little roach holes that they travel through. That brings me to complaint #2. Maintenance is slow as hell. I want them to fix the roach holes but I can't even get them to fix my AC. It has been out for over 2 weeks now. When I called about a window ac unit while waiting they gave me a hard time about that. 3 days later with it being 90 degrees inside, they finally dropped off the window unit. And when I say drop off, that's all the maintenance man was about to do, drop it off. I had to ask him to do his job and help me. Let me just say I am not impressed with this company and if I had the money to move I would.
