The management is amazing! Kudos to Yarelli! The apartment is in excellent condition and the apartments are under new management. If there is something wrong with your apartment, maintenance shows up right away. The apartment complex landscaping is well taken care off. The pool and parking garage are also great. The location to downtown is prime and within walking distance to restaurants. I been In my apartment for about 3 months and so far I had a great experience! I definitely recommend this apartment complex to potential renters! Yarelli and Audrey are the best! They really want renters to be happy! If you are looking for an apartment, this is the place you need to be in! -V

I used to live there during the pandemic. We enjoyed being in downtown, and the Manager Billy was perfect. We miss it and will try to return soon. I like that packages were kept safe.

Washer and dryer are handy but minimal - clothes are very wet from the washer & takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry. They are efficient in taking care of things but we thought almost $1100 for a one bedroom was very pricey.
