I want to give a big shout out to Rachel Salisbury for giving me great customer service this morning. She helped me with the documents I needed. You could hear the smile in her voice. Thanks

Just started working at The Villas at Midtown and I am very impressed with the staff and the training process. The manager, Laura, has been great with training and answering any questions I have as well as the other leasing agent , Erika. I instantly noticed the kindness she shows to the residents and how serious she takes her position. She treats the property as if she personally owns it and treats the staff with respect. I love coming to work every day. I love the environment and the residents make it where my day goes by easy. I have the equipment needed to do my job and I am not afraid to ask any questions if I have any. Thank you Laura, Erika, residents and maintenance team!

They literally only care about themselves. I've put in multiple maintenance requests to get no one to show up, the washers don't wash, dryers leave your clothes wet after paying for 3 cycles, they never unlock vending at the times it's supposed to be open. Overall, this place is poorly ran, has a management team that doesn't follow through, and you can find something better for the same price and they will actually do what they promise! EDIT!!! Nothing has been fixed unfortunately. Doing laundry here is still a joke. All laundry rooms near my apt are out of order and have been for months. The only open one only has one working washer. Crazy that so many of us are expected to share one washer. How do they expect us to clean our clothes?? Also, each washer has a different way to pay. So once you finally get a washer available, it doesn’t even accept your form of payment. In all honesty, it really seems like they care far more about their money than their residents. It’s crazy to keep raising rent when half the amenities are out of order or closed when the hours say they should be open. You can definitely get a better place for the same amount these days, especially since they’ve raised rent! I recommend looking elsewhere!

It was a pretty good place to live until a new company and management took over. They don't offer any payment plans when it comes to rent. When something breaks down such as your refrigerator it takes 3 different work orders plus a whole week before they decide to replace it. The neighbors are extremely loud during the day and night. I have had to file three noise complaints on different occasions. The maintenance staff go around and take the trash out of the trashcan but then they leave a bag of trash either next to the trash can or in the pool area for days. There are mice that have been in my apartment even after they come to spray. I don't recommend living here unless you have to.

There are 2 area's, one for bigger dogs and one for smaller dogs. They are rectangle yards right next to each other
Then they would have to wait giving them a better idea when and what time to get the card less broken machines less loosing coins
They will keep the electric in their name and you just pay them.
@DanaTeague thanks so much for your answer I really appreciate it
No, water for a one bedroom is $35 and you pay your electric bill. There's no gas so those are your only two utilities.
There are laundry rooms all around the apartment complex one all alone then all buildings with 1st n 2nd floor apts have laundry rooms except one across from office with the mail boxes so it has that instead or laundry
