When I first moved out here back in April 2021 things started off ok then I had to put in my first work order the same month I moved in. The issue is still ongoing. The maintenance men are crooked. They act as if they are fixing appliances (my refrigerator) but only makes them worse to be able to come back and quite frankly they enter your own without your knowledge. The communication sucks. They don’t inform you of the date and time when they will arrive to fix the issue they just show up and knock softly. One time I was home and the guy just came in without me giving consent. My hot water in shower barely stays hot. The leasing office isn’t any help because they don’t communicate to their staff! I really thought things would be different considering the area these apartment homes are in. Maintenance is very important but Iam not pleased at all!

I'll say first this is a Beautiful Property , Very clean ! although I can not say the same about the staff , This property does not return Phone calls , They bearly answer the phone when you call for help , Dorris is a liar , Kassandra supposed to be the manager but she is not resourceful at all , I turned in a 100$ money order and application on August 12th and I have yet to hear back from this Company to date (9-28-20) , This is definitely not the place to stay if you want Consistency and Communication from your lease holders , very unprofessional and distasteful from my experience ! You get 1 star for my time..

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Had a question, sent 3 emails, called (no one will answer) and left 4-5 voicemails, one just simply asking someone to confirm that my emails or voicemails were being received, and no response. Took me driving down and waiting in their empty office for 5 minutes until someone finally came out of their back office to help me, only to tell me “no” to the answer of my question. Which could have easily been relayed via email or phone. Incredibly unprofessional.

Nice safe and comfortable place to live , plenty pf parking spots and relatively close to The university of Tulsa.

LIHTC property. Not Section 8, but if you make under the right amount, your rent is still below market rates. ($15k for 1 person, or $26k, etc, on the affordablehousingonline.com website)

If they're too good and have a lot of amenities you have to know its not income based. Plus low income apts never look that good. And they definitely don't have a gym
