An amazing experience from beginning to end. So thankful for the incredible staff here. They made us feel at home and we are very happy to have our new vet in town.

Recently took my moody and beloved cat to the Bay Hill Cat Hospital and it was the best vet experience we’ve had in all of his 17 years. They worked with me beforehand to come up with a plan for making the experience successful. We decided to try giving him gabapentin the day of to take the edge off, but they had a game plan in place in case that didn’t work. My cat’s comfort and safety were top of mind for them and I am so grateful for the time they spent with me to prepare. The visit itself was like magic. The gabapentin kicked in, and the Bay Hill team was incredible throughout the exam, vaccinations and tests. My precious senior kitty got through it with flying colors thanks to them!

I absolutely would recommend it this office if u love your cats as much as I do. My two bambinos Dobby and LiL foot were treated so kindly by the staff and the exams were done with feline expertise and it shows. They made the experience very positive and did not try to sell em anything extra and no pressure. Prices were very reasonable. They made a client for life with my kitties. They were so clean and welcoming thanks so much for making my kitties feel better!!!

My cat has a lot of anxiety around going to the vet so I could not be more appreciative of this team’s patience and compassion. Anytime we’ve called with a concern or emergency, they were very thoughtful, knowledgeable and accommodating (their hours of operation are awesome too!) If their rates appear on the high end, it reflects the higher quality of care you receive. I pass about six other highly reviewed vet clinics on our way to this place, but would not consider taking my cat elsewhere.

Boarding is $26 per day, per cat. If your cat is on any medications there is a daily medicating fee that would apply. In order to board, we would also need current proof of vaccinations. Please call our office at 407-370-2287 with any other questions.
As long as the cat doesn't need constant attention (I don't believe they have anyone there overnight), it should be fine. This is a very dedicated team of professionals. One of our cats recently came down with pancreatitis. From our point of view they saved his life.
