If my apartment is smoke-free why do I keep smelling everybody else's marijuana and nothing is being done

With it being legal now all you can do is move.

Some apts I looked at had no smoking policy and they won't even let you smoke in your car and if your visitor smokes in their car or anywhere on property you get fined $100 each time. Sorry but this ain't Russia

"No" !! not any more legal than it's been for 30 years ! You needed a dr. Approval now as then ! It's just different the way the law is written . And driving a car is also legal but you can't run someone over . Maude you should cut down on using yourself !
