I lived here for 2 years, from 2020 to 2022. I waited until after I moved out to post a review, since the move out process is just as important. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Living here was beyond incredible. It was my first time living on my own, and they helped me so much. Answered all my questions, and always helped when I needed it. Maintenance was ALWAYS /so/ fast, and they took any and all concerns very serious. The maintenance people here are amazing as well. So kind, and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough. I NEVER had any issues with bugs of any kind, NEVER had to worry about safety, NEVER had to worry about anything really while I lived here. If you’re thinking about living here, do it. I promise you will never regret it. I had to move back to Kentucky, or else I would have lived here for so much longer. I will forever miss these apartments and how simply amazing they were. I loved living here so much.

Cherod Sweanngen is the best maintenance guy ever he came to do my work order done it quickly and efficient. He is polite and knowledgeable in everything he does.

Cherod in maintenance is knowledgeable, quick, and accurate on his repairs. The apartments are nice and well managed. And the location unbeatable!! Highly recommend to friends, foes, and my grandma!
