If you can afford to live somewhere better, do. This is a slum. -Emergency repairs, like the constantly broken air conditioners, take 2 weeks to 1 month to repair. Non-emergency repairs take 6 months to a year. -They've been shutting off the water randomly since March, sometimes with a few hours' notice, sometimes with no notice at all. This does not discount the flat rate they charge us for water. -The gym is permanently closed. The roof fell in and it's covered in black mold. They're still advertising it on the website, though! The pool is open roughly 45% of the time it's supposed to be, but it's covered in green gunk. -The advertised safety gates exist, but they're broken and stuck open. Random people come in constantly to go through the dumpsters, steal packages and break into cars. -If you live here, you will pay monthly pest control fees but never see anyone doing pest control. You will also pay a monthly fee to pay for the rental company's insurance. You will call and go to the office during business hours and go do it deserted. You will frequently wonder why you live here.

Do not recommend leasing here. They make it look cute online but there are several issues. 1. BUGS! Water roaches that live in the drains & walk all over the sidewalks/ground at night. They will enter your home…. And they are HUGE! Also had issues with regular house roaches, crickets, pill bugs, and ants. 2. MOLD! There’s mold issues constantly from flooding water heaters & from an overall outdated foundation. My apartment flooded on multiple occasions. Corporate does not fix the main issue but instead they put bandaids on & quick fixes! They lack a proper amount of maintenance staff and they notify you of “emergency temporary water shut offs” EVERY week. Also, it isn’t gated like they claim…. The gates stay open & there are multiple points of walk-in access. My car was broken into on multiple occasions & they don’t even have security cameras! Outdated complex & way overpriced.

It don't do no good to call! We have 3 work orders and I've called you guys and the office and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! When I text them at the number they text on they IGNORE my texts messages EVERY TIME I ask about it ,WE ARE NOT HOME OWNERS but we are operating as such , since you can't get to the tenants we should get $30-$40 off our rent .More than 3 months we(ALL TENANTS)haven't had a maintenance team to do the work and saying I'm sorry DON'T FIX THE ISSUES here! TAKE CARE OF YOUR TENANTS! If we didn't pay rent for 3 months , would tenants still have a place to live...NO WE WOULDN'T!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would!! I’ve only been here four months. I am waiting for maintenance to fix my kitchen sink, I haven’t been able to use it in over a week. I can’t use my dishwasher either. I have sent MULTIPLE requests. I WILL NOT renew my lease and WILL NOT refer ANYONE. I also sent two emails to the CORPORATE office with absolutely NO response. I WILL NOT EVER rent from Vesta Realty. I have to pay my rent for a SUBPAR functioning apartment yet they don’t have to repair my plumbing in a timely manner. DO NOT RENT HERE.
