Nice, safe neighborhood with gates (although sometimes the gates don't work). South Tulsa is a great suburban area to live in, close to the mall and lots of other grocery stores. The apartment complex is right next to Highway 169, so it's easy to get to wherever you need to go. Management is very nice and accommodating -- shout out to Jonathan and Heather! I love my floor plan; it's a cute studio with washer/dryer and a spacious closet. There are lots of beautiful floor plans available. The prices are fair.

The Aria is a great community to be a part of. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the residents are friendly and supportive, and they even have a dog park! I would recommend it any day!

My experience here so far has been a wonderful experience. The staff and maintenance crews are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and they are always quick to make sure that if you have an issues they’re are immediately taken care of. I highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! The office employees are extremely informative and welcoming. The office building itself is really nice too. It has a full kitchen in it stocked with snacks and juices for the residents and guests, a really pretty outdoor pool with areas to grill and a gym that has a cool see-through garage door that goes directly out to the pool deck that can be opened or left closed, bottled water etc. If you’re into gym stuff you can tell they went out of their way to make that amenity functional and nice. Drew helped me with all of my millions of questions and makes me feel welcome every single time I go in there. The employees remember your name and just seem like they really love their jobs! Honestly, it makes coming home feel good knowing you enjoy where you live and the people who you see regularly just brighten your day. Okay the deets... These are REALLY nice apartments. Its all new construction. The facility feels very safe which was important for me being a female in my 30’s. My studio ( being the least expensive option ) has a huge closet. New appliances & a nicely laid out floor plan. Its functional, clean and has a washer/dryer in it which surprisingly is hard to come by I have realized at this price. Its everything an expensive unit would have, just smaller which is perfect for a single person or young couple. Theres a place towards the front to wash and detail your vehicle and the trash area is very tidy and never an eye-sore at all. The landscaping is kept up well and everything looks clean and nice on the exterior. The last thing I want to point out is the experience I had with requesting a few small repairs. Just minor stuff. I had a few outlets that didn't work and my sink started dripping kind-of alot. The office had their maintenance guys on top of it literally the next afternoon! Casey and Ben were super quick to take care of my little nit-picky things that weren't emergencies at all but they made them priorities. Casey even fixed a few things that I didn't even bother to mention like replacing my shower head & the filter on the kitchen faucet just to take care of me and make me happy. He and Ben were super pleasant and fixed everything so fast! I am beyond thrilled with my experience here. Its clean, safe, affordable and the employees are fantastic!
