The Conservancy has a donation table where a contribution amount for the Captain's Quarters level allows you the possibility of a potential future tour IF one becomes available... a big IF!--- BUT... if you check out my review posting you'll see pictures taken on a special reservation only tour my brother & sister went on just this past Memorial Day weekend. It included past passengers & families of the Captain & Crew! And regardless of the terrible deterioration of the ship & its internal rooms in various states of disarray, there's still much remaining intact albeit showing alot of uncared for age!!! Engine room, movie theater, pool, - all still there! A walk through the dusty promenade deck is still possible! Outlines of the shuffleboard & golf tees can still be made out through all the deterioration! And this was only a few months ago! Sooooo... I don't think anyone can promise you a tour --- but tours HAVE been given!!! RECENTLY!!!
I have heard that you can get a tour of the USS United States if you make a significant contribution to the cost of keeping it in the dock, but I don't know who to ask.
I don't think so but you can get as close as far as the gate will let you
