Came in yesterday to get a new iPhone mini. Sells man was in a hurry to leave at 7 and didn’t finish given me services on how activate it. And he quote “ I’m not doing it anymore because I have to leave at 7pm“ I Had to go to another AT&T for help.

I was upset after visiting this store. I don't speak English well and the assistant decided to take advantage of this situation. The assistant has entered a lot of unnecessary options that I don't need. The assistant offered only the most expensive options.

Polite and patient techs during a busy evening. They made sure to address everyone in the order that they came and went the extra mile to attempt to address my issue. Fairly spacious interior with a guard at the front of the store.

Was lied to multiple times on offers, contract stipulations, and staff was not knowledgeable on most business practices. Bring your business to a different provider or, at least, not this store.
