Absolutely terrible experience dirty shop poor customer service and they quoted me a price the day before that changed the next day. Also the person who was supposed to do it didn't for reasons i wont mention. My hair was nothing like the picture I presented it wasn't even close it was caked up with some white substance that did not go away when my hair dried. I brought a brand new hair bonnet that was stolen out of the bag that had my hair in it. On top of all of it I asked the owner for a refund she said no refund but NEXT TIME I COME BACK (there will never be a next time) she would give me a discount. I would never suggest this place to my worse enemy. I went to broad and nedro next to Chinese store clean shop great service gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and charged $20 less. AI wasted time and money going to VIP for Very ignorant people .
