I found this salon on IG and when I walked in everyone spoke and was very professional. The salon is so cute and the vibe was even better. Song did my wash and retwist and my wash was so relaxing. The young lady who did my style who’s name i didn’t get did my bun so cute. I will definitely be back to this salon!

I made a call to make a appointment. This was the worse shop I ever called in Killadelphia !!!!!! Very Poor Customer Service Skills. And worser Communication. I mean she didn’t know how to speak to me. Very disrespectful, and straight GHETTO !!!!! Don’t waist your time. I will definitely be gone to PHONIX ON CITY LINE AVE for now on. OUT THE GHETTO TO A MORE CLASSY PLACE. WHERE MY MONEY WILL BE APPRECIATED. REMEMBER THEY NEED US!!! We can always find another stylist.

I had an appt. w/ Ron a few weeks ago & it was a fantastic experience. Ron was able to color my hair exactly how I wanted it, as well as change my loc method by interlocking them. Ron was extremely knowledgeable and educated me through every step of the process along the way. I will definitely be back!
