No, but there is Meramec Conservation Area which is on the other side of the river and they have a horse area. You can Google it.
No, the reason they don't allow horse riding in the state park is because it is abusive to the creature and Warren said, "No."
I know you cannot in the state park itself. You might wanna call and find out about trails ect.
Best to call and find out and they could probably tell you some local riding trails
No horsesno place to ride just path to walk they ride at St Joe park Ozark trail near bass river there are a lot of parks that do never seen horses there
No but there is a conservation area just up the hill past the state park on the left on 185 that allows horseback riding.
This may be a question you would want to acucally call and ask the park rangers. There are many paths but mostly for hiking. May have a riders trail. Give them a call. They say there is some state parks that offer it so it's worth checking into.
Never seen anyone riding horses. And if no, probably for insurance/liability issues. Probably best to call the state park officers and ask. I love state parks but there are a lot of rules.
