I'm not a veterinarian, but my first thought would be some type of ear problem or infection? It could also be something neurological or problem with the cervical spine? I would suggest that if it is in any distress from this that you take the bunny to a veterinarian for evaluation.
Don't pick the rabbit up by the ears, possible neck problems.....other than that, a vet would be recommended.
