I live in Hardin County and I know a groomer I can go through to get mine done in Wyandot county humane society through the Hope program and it's $25 for a male.
The cost to get a dog fixed no matter how old it is is the weight of the dog and that's what the charging I had a full size dog and it cost me $85 and the dog weighed about 45 lb if you got a puppy and doesn't weigh more than 30 lb probably looking half that cost or less
