they won't take my bird and im going homeless. I heard they can't refuse if you live here but they did refuse me and my lil bird boy. I've been hearing really bad things about this place very concerned. But if you don't want to help my bird then I definitely don't wanna bring him there. Please learn the laws of dare country. You are not supposed to turn away animals if tge person is a resident. I pay taxes and this places is b.s. with just dogs and cats.

OBX SPCA staff and volunteers are the best! We LOVE Rig (now Teddy). He is the sweetest boy. Here is riding home with us from the shelter and waiting for treats on his walk with his two sisters.
