I got my first pup here in 2013 and second in 2014, they’re still alive and thriving. 4 stars because I remember in 2015 I wanted a third member and was continuously bothered by the owner for not neutering my second dog. I did not end up getting a third member but I appreciate their place for giving me healthy pups.

The lady at 101 Washington in winsliw has free cats that are already fixed. Just come and pick one out.
There is a room designed specially for puppies and the breeds vary on a constantly changing basis. However puppies are always in high demand which leaves alot of mature dogs without a loving home.
No. But I think you can get a voucher that either free or at a discounted price. Also, I think there's a place in Vincennes Indiana. You can get it done for $40. Don't quote me on that.
