This is the second time that I've taken eight item for an Amazon return to them that they scanned the barcode took the item and then the item never made it to Amazon.

I have used this store for as long as it’s been open and found the staff helpful and polite and use the store regularly. Today, I was the only one in the store with two employees one on the phone and one free. The free employee was rude, waited on two people who came in after I did and when I asked politely if when he finished he could help me next, he ignored me and was rude and nasty and embarrassed me in front of other customers when I asked a question. He then went and sat down in the back and wouldn’t help. When I asked for a managers contact, the employees refused to tell me who to contact and didn’t advise that it was a franchise.

The owner of this place has chosen to maintain the mask requirement after June 15th. This is his right however this does more to damage to the public’s trust in vaccinations as well as the scientific data that has shown that it is safe to remove mask mandates now. It’s been over a year that we have put faith in flimsy cotton to protect ourselves from a virus. There will be viruses in the world every single day of every single year until the end of time. and masks only protect us infinitesimally against these. June 15th the Government scientists have lifted mandate. Individual businesses though legally allowed to do so, should do their part to boost human beings faith in the vaccines as well as boost their immune systems by exposure to bacteria again.
