Diona Miller and 1st priority One Realty have been my realtors for nearly five years now and have assisted me with three real estate transactions: 1. When I bought a home in 2014, Ms. Miller showed me numerous houses that I found online in addition to homes that she had to show me. I wanted a home with a pool, single story one, etc. and Ms. Miller made sure to only show me homes that had what I wanted.Ms. Miller was always friendly, courteous, and professional at all times and made sure to always have time for me, even showing me a home at 8 pm after she had already worked a long day. During my transaction, Ms. Miller had to deal with an out-of-state seller and Ms. Miller still made the purchase a smooth transaction and even got the seller to agree to some repairs that I hadn't noticed. 2. When I needed a tenant for my vacant condo, Ms. Miller handled the transaction for me- even taking very professional photos herself. I had dozens of qualified applicants come to the open house for my rental unit which Ms. Miller personally showed to prospective tenants. 3. When I sold my home recently, Ms. Miller took beautiful photos and stayed until the light was just right to get the best photos. As a strategy for selling my beautiful home, Ms. Miller advised a pricing my home a little lower than what she thought we'd really get to spark a "bidding war" which is what happened- I had dozens of well qualified buyers who bid the price on my home above list price. Ultimately, my home sold for $10,000 OVER list price! Again, Ms. Miller is the consummate real estate professional who will do everything within her means to keep you happy whether as a buyer, seller, or landlord.

There are many good indicators that it may be time to sell your home, such as: your family is outgrowing your current home… Lifestyle shifts are compelling you to rethink your living space… You’re emotionally ready to sell your home…. Or the real estate market seems very hospitable to sellers. In any event, you would want to call me to review your situation and I can give you a real-tip briefing of the market and realistically advise you of how the entire process would go from start to finish.
