No you must take them to Austin Animal Center. Austin is no kill now as well. The humane society will pull from Austin Animal Center.

Yes they accept unwanted cats & dogs... May I ask what kind of dog do you have...? FYI... Williamson County right up 183 is a no kill shelter if you care about your old pet being cared for until adopted...! http://pets.wilco.org/
