I think you would have had to adopted a a animal there if not they are real good about giving resources on where if any places that do it for free. I highly recommend them they are wonderful we adopted many pets there and when they could not help me with my cat swallowing a item they gave me places that I could. go.i saved my cat chico
I seriously doubt it, as they have to have fees to keep the place running.
