Donation? Someone found my dog and took her to this horrible animal shelter, they had neutered her without my consent and made me pay 300 just to get her back (this all happened in one day)

I am ready to adopt a dog, but I have to have one that sheds very, very little due to my husband's allergies. Do you currently have any dogs like that at the shelter? I would like to take advantage of the DogXDogWest program. Thank you.

We found 2 dogs Oct 2016 roaming out in country road. My husband and I have kept them until we could find owner. So far no owner. We can't keep them,already have our own 2 dogs. Any suggestions?
