Brooks City Base has a wellness Clinic thst is very resonable. If you go to their website, there is also a list of mobile clinics. The shelter on Hwy 151 also had a wellness clinic. HEB sponsors mobile clinics frequently. Pet Shotz has vets and is a low cost climic. The dog will need an exam and heartworm test before flea medicine can be prescribed. I have literally spent hours researching and found Pet Shotz to be the most reasonable vet in town.

At the HEB on vallry hi twice a month vanguard comes and does low cost vaccinations. And they always jhave a schedule podted on the stores entrances
