Right now the prices start at $14. There are discounts for children and residents who have an ID within the county.
I don't think so. This is just a tour boat that cruises the river around Riverwalk and the driver talks about historic points. But, there is a place there called marriage island. Apparently, about 300 weddings per year take place on that spot
