Whomever Ashley is that unfortunately was hired for customer service and answered my call this afternoon not only was rude and just abruptly hung up on me SHOULD NOT be answering anyone's calls that need proper and professional assistance. As someone who works at a major airline in customer service she'd be terminated at my workplace. Perhaps she needs retraining. I will call again Mon to speak with a mgr. Best Thing about Communicate is Dr. Paulson his staff too at Kuckey Ranch.

I disagree about this place for many reasons, the main problem is the wait is to dam long making acomplaint to management doesn't do nothing they ignored a patient more. Not all the time lab work or results you will really needs are accurate. I don't like this place all they want is peoples money.
