Not really too happy with this place, but it serves its purpose in the r There's no training during parent training. They just talk at you about their plan for your kid. The plans are great, there's just no actual parent training at all. Potty training on their end stopped, which effects potty training at home. Our kids won't even used the toilet at all now. But no one knows what happened to stop it like that and no one over there is attempting to restart it either. We don't always know how our kids are doing day to day. No one tells us if they got hurt until we noticed bump, bruise, cut, or a rash. Then when we ask about it, there's a 50% chance that person knows. Get used to, "The other therapist knows", and then not hearing from the other therapist at all. They don't call you for anything. Even if something serious happens to your kid, they won't call you. These people would rather have their teeth pulled before they even consider calling you, for anything. That's the norm. They also ignore skin allergies. My kids break out badly with certain brands of diapers, and they keep mixing the diapers I send with other kids diapers. Its to the point I have to write my kids name on every single diaper to make sure they get used on my kid and not someone elses. If positive behaviors are not transitioning to home, B.I. will not help with that at all. No advice or details on how to work on things, nothing. Just telling us "well they're doing great here", which is hard to believe at times. Again, parent training is no training at all. Unfortunately it's the best place we could find on the Northwest side of town for our 2 autistic toddlers. The staff is nice, some therapist actually tell us how our kids day went, others just walk out and hand the kids over, then leave quickly. And my kids are supposedly learning there. It is what it is. If I could afford to keep driving across town to take them to the recommend ABA for my kids needs, I would. I just hope my kids are OK here because I really don't know, and we don't have much choice. There are worse ABA's in the area, so I would recommend B.I. over the others. B. I. has plenty of room for improvement, and they do have the potential to be a great facility someday. Hopefully sooner than later.

My son goes here. The therapists and assistants are all wonderful and the main contact for the center is amazing and kind. They have worked so hard with my son and he’s doing so much better.

We accept state-sponsored plans like Medicaid at all our centers in Oklahoma and Colorado.
After we confirm eligibility based on age and insurance, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts conduct an initial consultation. This is typically a 3-4 hour evaluation completed in one of our centers. This evaluation will serve as the basis for a personalized treatment plan specific to your child’s needs.
We follow a center-based model as it gives us more opportunities to interact with children in their environment. We do offer telehealth options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to learn more.
We will work with just about any insurance company to cover the treatment of your child. However, coverage depends on your plan and approval from the insurance carrier. We will work with your carriers to identify eligibility and maximum benefits approved. We will tell you the exact copay and deductible that your insurance plan offers.
Policy coverage depends on the location. While we are in-network with most major carriers, state-sponsored plans depend on the center location.
We have a dedicated team of billing specialists that will work with the insurance carriers on claims.
