I will assume you are asking specifically in regards to coming in for a tattoo or piercing? Short answer = Negative. Long answer = 301 Tattoo is a By Appointment Only private studio. Covid regulations dictate that we only have One person per artist. There is only one artist. Thus by law, only the client being tattooed is allowed in the studio at the time of a procedure. This applies to both piercings and tattoos, and we intend to keep this policy even after restrictions are lifted. No one under 16 is really allowed in the shop as that is our cut off for all procedures. Past that, I would not recommend leaving children alone or unattended by an adult in any situation.

First off, no. Nipple piercing is considered genital piercing and it is illegal to do any form of genital piercing on a minor regardless of consent. And second, we do not have a phone. So you can generally contact us on Facebook or just stop in to the shop.
