My shoulder and arm has been hurting for a few days. I called today at 5pm and they were able to see me at 5:30pm. Anna showed me the room and provided me with clear instructions. I explained the reason for my visit and I feel like Anna listened and took time to focus on my shoulder to loosen up the knots while still allowing herself time to complete a whole body massage. She used firm pressure and checked to make sure the pressure was fine and not hurting me. Hot stones were included in the price. To be honest I was a little reluctant on calling after reading some of the reviews but I'm so glad I went ahead and called. My shoulder feels so much better and my whole body is relaxed. I like the fact they're open until 8pm, it helps me avoid missing work. In reading the reviews I seen a few mention not receiving a full hour massage and mention of paying and tipping 1st. My experience was different- I paid for an hour massage and received an hour massage. They do ask for payment 1st, but not for the tip. I paid with my card and was instructed to not sign or put tip on the receipt until after the massage, personally I think that's fair. I will definitely go back.
