Don't take it to ACS they will most likely kill it.

Janelle is right, they ACS will take them for a fee if its yours. But if that deterred you, try pets alive they are a nonprofit that maybe able to help you.
To any animal shelter. There is a fee if he belongs to u and giving him up. I think it's free if it is a stray.
