How is it that this hotel charged in excess of $200 a night and finds it unnecessary to provide even one bottle of water in the room?
I had to rely on a staff members kindness to get a bottle of water to quench my midnight thirst.

The Excelsior is excellent and offers a free bottle of water.

The price for a room is for the location definitely not the quality of the rooms.
