Dirty sheets with visible stains, large hole behind shower knob, soiled furniture, broken fridge. We checked in and out in less than an hour. Area very sketchy, loud, people coming and going in and out of rooms - lots of suspicious activity. Did not feel safe there - especially not with my young daughter. Stay away.

It's 2 star.. and that's what you will get. Many of guests are long term and that place is home. Just note that personal spaces can occupy public space. This matters a lot. Second floor rooms are better than first. Cookout and McDonald's are within walking distance. Awesome!

Absolutely horrible stay! If you can even call it that. We booked this online the night before because we knew we would be stopping in Charolette. After getting in and already having cranky kids our poor baby girl was throwing up all over the bed. We went to ask for more sheets just to be told they have no extra sheets or anything. So we packed up and left. Not to mention the room smelled and the beds were so uncomfortable! They told us no refunds also even though we did not stay there because they couldn't give us clean sheets.

I would give them 0 stars. They tried to charge me a pet deposit for my emotional support dog. When the paper I signed said there would be no deposit for registered service animals. So I didn't get a room at all.

Overprice for the quality and night shift dude seems to have a hell of an attitude. Almost had me thinking he was a racist with an attitude for no apperant reason.

I think he was.

Super dangerous— even the local cops say it is too dangerous to stay there, tons of crime calls. Super rude and shady young staff. See reviews. Mine and dozens of others— so low. Why is this accepted?

I stayed there off an on an i have never had a problem an i think im like the scariest person there is. There is no way i would have stayed if it was bad. The rooms was clean an it is a decent place to stay. They also did some renovations of the rooms

Do they have weekly rates

That's something I have never asked them about, I'm sure the front desk is more than capable of answering this question for you though. I do Kno that they charge $63 for single rooms and $68 for double so calculate it that way then ask if they can beat their own pricing by charging the bulk purchase of days and if they are willing, persistently try to not take the first offer and try to negotiate with them.
