We stayed here after a concert. Room was pretty decent, check in and out wad easy. Good price, fairly close the downtown Charlotte.

Sorry I rated room safety wrong. It was well lit and I felt safe. Quiet a great night sleep. I dropped my credit card and front desk gentleman returned it before I knew it was gone. Great service thanks.

I literally thought I was going to die here. I stayed all of an hour or 2 but couldn't get any sleep because it sounded like someone was getting beat up in the room below us. The room itself is terrible. No power outlets bedside. Walls, blankets and towels are old and dirty. Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. We left and went to a different property. I pray I get my money back for the room.

Front desk guy was extremely rude and unprofessional during check in and didn't care at all that I checked out early and was highly unsatisfied. The room itself was not very clean, the microwave was broken, shower dribbled water at best and patches of the ceiling bubbled and fell to the floor due to water damage. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!!!
