I have never had a more unpleasant stay in a hotel. I'm no stranger to value hotels, I know they come with flaws and hiccups, but this was nothing like that. The hallways smelled horribly of cigarettes and urine, as did the room. Our room was filthy. The sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes and there was a topical stain on the sheets. The towels were not clean, but re rolled. There was no indication that the bathroom is cleaned between guests. Between that, the ring around the bathtub where I assume a bath mat once lived, and the black mold on the ceiling, it was one of the worst parts. Even more concerning, there was what looked like blood stains on the wall and ironing board When trying to return to our room the second night, all of our key cards stopped working and the lobby was closed and no one was answering the phone. (The issue was resolved after 30 minutes of calling, and we finally saw someone at the desk) And thats when we noticed that the doors to the outside from the HALLWAY were screwed shut... Which is a fire hazard. The doors that we had previously used to enter from the parkinglot because the lobby was closed never locked. Which presents even more safety issues. All in all, horrible experience. Just skip it.

Worst hotel EVER. DO NOT COME. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN A BARN!

My belongings were gone through and stolen, have hundreds of dollars worth of stuff taken from my suitcase and book bag.

upon arrival to the property I was unpleasantly surprised that they don't accept local guests. I understand it could be their police (which I don't get, but whatever), but it should be mentioned somewhere in caps! because the last thing you checking booking the hotel is their local policy. not to mention staff is rude- all they said- contact 3rd party where you booked. location is bad and area overall is not safe.

Them so they where forceing me to pay with cash I then call my bank I was told nothing was showing on their side like what the hotel manager claims about my card declined also they where both wrode to me just because they look down upon me , finally I will not recommend any one to go there because the place is unhygienic and the front desk area smells like cigarettes
In general, 18, with a valid CC. But if doubtful, rent the room on a travel site like Expedia, or Priceline. They will just need the CC at reception desk. FYI, at 21, you can rent a room anywhere in US, besides some fru-fru bed and breakfasts.
Not good. I refused to pay a deposit and they waived the fee.
