I went in to get my fiancés ring cleaned and they did an awesome job. Came in a few months ago to get the ring to propose and Steven was very patient and helpful. When I was recently getting it cleaned Chris was very helpful and answered any questions we had.

Masks are required. There are hand sanitizers available. They prefer people stand at a distance from other groups.
I agree. They opened one in Miromar Outlets in Estero, finally one close to me. Go to helzberg.com There are several locations, maybe one of them isn't too far from you.
They do not purchase gold and jewelry in store.
