Positive: The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is an easy walk away from the convention center and many restaurants. We have stayed here before, and I will consider this location for my next stay. Negative: The tub did not drain properly, even overnight. The AC struggled to keep the room comfortable. We had to turn it down to the low 60s during the day, which froze us at night.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. They compare countless booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Great experience here. Hotel is very beautiful with unique art adorning the walls. Parking garage is a little tight for comfort if you have a full size pickup truck. If you have a lift on your truck, probably not a good idea to attempt to park. There are other available places to park.

Nice hotel attached to Hilton Gardens. Decent views of the city, though your main view is of a school. I liked the covered parking garage and ease of getting into hotel with digital card. I liked the no contact check in and out options. It was easy to get Lyft rides and door dash. There's no restaurant inside the Hampton Inn but one next door at the Hilton. We had a coffee maker but no microwave or mini fridge just the basics in a double queen room. Our room had a large indent/break through the drywall. The free breakfast was good and there was plenty for guests with a variety of drinks. Staff was helpful and kind, although, understaffed and busy. Everyone wore masks. No room service but I paid attention to the cleaning staff. They had all items, including the comforters so that made me feel more confident in their cleaning. I didn't care for the barn door style closure that was used for both closet or bathroom, as it leaves little room for bathroom privacy. The full length mirror was a nice touch. I, also, felt that the additional parking fee of $25 is a bit ridiculous on top of hotel charge. It's the same garage used by those in the Hilton Gardens. I think, if anything, cost should be based on hotel. They are part of the Hilton so they accept Hilton Honors. We didn't use the indoor pool so not sure how that was. I would stay again and will consider it when I return in July.

My room was clean, the breakfast was tasty and check-in/check-out was easy. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of everything I needed. I did not explore the various amenties offered during my short stay, so I can't give five stars. The kitchen staff was very friendly and they were present and ready to work the entire time I was eating.
