This place act like they serviced my car but I fell like someone end up messing up something while taking off my wheel so I had to purchase lug nuts because of it but he never checked my wheel pretty much just charge me for lug nuts and put them on and never looked at my car but they trying to act very friendly and it was very phony. It was clear that Discount Tire had no interest in serving my car at all just disappointed because these individuals are good men but it's clearly all right to lie to a customer about what's been done then so everybody can be on the same page. Because when that happens it makes the whole company look bad.

Quick,great service,wonderful location,great prices, wonderful staff. I have always gone to the Discount Tire on North Tryon in Charlotte,NC..but I have friends and family who go to surrounding ones in Charlotte and Concord and are satisfied as well..oh yeah...online scheduling is great!

Thankful for great service today! I was able to make an appointment online easily. Brought my car in on 12 hours notice. Since I purchased my tires with the company I was able to get a free tire balance and rotation along with a free tire repair for a nail in the tread. My car was ready in less than an hour. I was educated on when I’d next need to buy new tires based on wear. Thank you!
