I made an appointment on Tuesday to get the hose for my coolant/antifreeze fixed for Saturday at 12pm. I show up early for my appointment only for them to tell me that 1 they didn’t even get my appointment till this morning ( which I feel like is a lie since I was getting updates and reminders for the appointment all week) and 2 that there was only ONE mechanic in the entire building on mechanics that could replace the hose in my car and he wasn’t even able to fix my car because he had another car he was gonna work on all day. Now I get being behind and wanting to catch up but this was a huge inconvenience for me and who knows what I’m gonna do about my car. The weekends are the only days I have off so my time is limited. I would’ve appreciated a call to let me know the situation I wouldn’t have been mad I’m very understanding. The staff literally did nothing to even try to help just stood there and stared at me with blank stares and nothing going on in their brains . Didn’t try to see if other locations had appointments open and didn't even try to reschedule my appointment. I wouldn’t come to this location even if my car depended on it. Just horrible.

I went to have my car inspected. The guy told me it would be about 30 to 45 minutes. It seemed they were short on staff. But they were very fast and efficient. 20 minutes It was done. I recommend them.

Hi Just wanted to say that Rob was such an inspiration earlier today. Even though he was so busy when I arrived he took time out to acknowledge my presence it made the wait so pleasant. Once he was able to check me in for my appointment he did apologize for the wait. I personally enjoyed the fact that he showed good customer care service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.He informed me that he was there helping out at the N.Tryon location and the Arbor Creek location is where he normally works Kudos to Rob he truly is a Great, Awesome ,Genuine employee

Such nice staff and southern hospitality. We had to get our vehicle’s splash guard fixed, and we weren’t even charged. Huge shoutout to this location for coming in clutch with this on our road trip to Atlanta!
