This guys are awful in finishing the stuff. They have not secured the spare tire in the truck. They have placed it on the battery directly without the screw. They are suppose to place the supporter first, then tire and tight the screw. They have not finished the steps. Moreover these guys have broken the screw. Now it is not fitting tight enough. Please be aware of these guys.

Tire pressure light came on and I found a substantial nail in my tire and tire was very low on pressure. No other tire place in the area could fit me in that day (their competitor on the other side of WT Harris wasn't even answering the phone), but Discount was able to fit me right away. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. And it was no charge. From what I saw while waiting, they all did a great job of helping/accommodating others with tire "emergencies" as well, even though they were quite busy.

If I could give this location a big zero (0) I would! Customer service is horrible! They are not pleasant and they pick and choose when they want to greet customers. They show no signs of consideration for others time. Making an appointment may be useful for some, but it wasn't for me! I saw others come and go before me that did not have an appointment. They waited until I requested for my keys and tires (that were already paid for) to say they were about to pull me in. By this time it was at 30+ minutes pass my appointment time. They also called my Husband (because his name is on the account), about 30 minutes after I left and was already at another location being serviced. I probably would've stayed if the service was a lot better or if some took the time to communicate with me. Considering how I was sitting looking in the bay, I could see them wasting time playing and joking around. So they had the time, they just didn't use it properly. Even though this location is extremely close to my house, I WILL NEVER do business there again! I am willing to travel even though gas prices has increased!

Got a small piece of metal in my tire that was causing it to leak air. I saw from the reviews that Discount Tire would patch tires free of charge, so I dropped in at around 2:30 pm without an appointment. They had my tire fixed and ready to go within an hour even though they were busy. Very professional staff, excellent service, and they patched my tire for free! Will be back when I need new tires.
