Julia Tredway in accounting is not responsive and completely unprofessional! I had a question about my bill. I called on numerous occasions and sent a few emails and have heard nothing. I overpaid, and then was told I had an outstanding balance. I continued to try to contact her to confirm that I overpaid. Instead, I received another bill with a late fee added. Now they want me to pay for her lack of responsiveness. Worst customer service!

Trash pick up has been an issue in my community at times. I've contacted the property manager a few times and have always been given an answer with a resolution.

Sandy Wester delivered the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone in a ‘customer service’ role. I am a new homeowner in the Villages of Urbana (and first time homeowner in general) and rather than doing her best to assist me and make me feel as those my questions were welcomed, she did the exact opposite. I work in property management and understand the opportunities and frustrations that sometimes come along with any type of management position. Not sure if Sandy dislikes her job or just people in general, but one thing is certain- you’re truly doing a disservice to your company by allowing Sandy to be anyone’s first point of contact.
