Today I received the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The employee did not have a name tag visible, otherwise I would include that information in this review. (I’m sure her employee ID can be retrieved on our $200 receipt). The employee had an attitude with us for no apparent reason from the moment we approached the counter. We didn’t have any prior interaction whatsoever as we were not even greeted or asked for help in a relatively empty store. We helped ourselves find the nutrition for our dog and noticed a buy one get one sale with information on small font which we had questions about. We simply wanted to make sure we were purchasing the right promotional items. The employee rolled her eyes at us and asked us “didn’t you read the sign?” We said yes but we had a question since the sign was unclear. She proceeded to storm off and read the sign herself as clearly she did not know the promotions going on in her own store. Furthermore, while checking us out, she proceeded to be abrasive and unprofessional and overall rude. My girlfriend literally checked herself out on the register since the employee was inadequate. Like I mentioned before, the employee didn’t have a visible name tag which is out of the store’s general dress code and all of her personal belongings were on the checkout counter. She was also wearing her AirPods the entire time so maybe we were impeding on her personal time (on the clock). The employee proceeded to flip the tablet in a aggressive manner and didn’t disclose our balance to us prior to purchase but we were so fed up at this point and it was not worth causing a scene in the store. We’ve been accruing points through the system for a while now and the employee disregarded the coupon on our account. We’ve probably spent thousands at this store alone and definitely more at different loyal companion and Kriser’s locations and we’re considering never coming back. It’s disappointing because there has been plenty of great interactions at other locations but they have been consistently going downhill big time. If you’re a pet owner who made it through this post, I would stay away from this location, especially on Friday evenings.
