I made an appointment because I’d be bringing my 1 year old. From the minute I drove up (where I was greeted with a smile) to the minute I left (21 minutes later!!!), the staff was pleasant and speedy. I’ve never had such fast service before…21 minutes is incredibly fast!

Have been going to Discount Tire on Albemarle Rd for over a decade. My recent experience was purchasing a new set of tires online and scheduling an appointment for installation. Later I received a call from Sean to confirm the appointment and installation. Upon arriving I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcome sign for the bay to pull into. From there the service only got better from Sean and Tremell (tire installer). The experience took 30 mins. Fantastic overall customer service!!

I was late to my appointment and they still took me in. Of course they weren't happy about it but that's understandableable. The got my car out by the end of the day and even out my donut back in its place and sealed up the area perfectly. The attention to detail is admirable. Thanks for the help!

I went there to get 4 wheels installed. Customer service was excellent, courteous, friendly, and very helpful, although once all my wheels were installed later that day i saw that on one of my new wheels the black strip came apart and left my that rim messed up. Although there profession is everything tires, I would’ve hoped they would’ve made sure everything was firm and intact before confirming the realease of service. Now i have to look for someone or a certain product that will, or even can take that off.
