Waited an hour and fifteen mins only to find out they did not have my oil filter in stock and all they could say was I'm sorry I asked ifi went and got the filter could they put me at the front of the line and the manager said she could not guarantee it. I don't work in this service busines but do work in the appliance repair business doesn't take a rocket scientist to see an easy fix....simply check the cars ahead in line and make sure they have everything to complete the service instead of making the customer wait in line only to find out they don't have what they need. I have used this location and other locations but I doubt I will be back Take 5 had everything needed and took half the time !

New update on Vavoline-have always had great service on Randolph road. But, the last time I had service I did not see any of the professional guys and girls that usually work on my car. Just getting a simple inspection and the Guy with red hair said to another co-worker my air filter looked a little dirty but no need to fix they would just TURN IT OVER !! Just sell me a new one you can't or shouldn't turn an air filter over. This guy was a jerk! And this was the very 1st time on 12 years I have ever had a problem.

Went in for an inspection. They noted a nail in a tire that was determined by another provider to be too close to the side wall to repair and the inspection should have failed. They also missed leaking CV joints that should have also failed the inspection. Nor did they check my transmission fluid. I'm sure these folks are competent at oil changes, but with respect to diagnostics they are unreliable to me and I will not be back.

There is nothing like waiting in line and seeing a bunch of employees doing nothing. Don't use this one, for real. One guy with leadership was yelling at people to get going, and they just walked around like they had nothing to do. Pretty frustrating when you are hoping for a speedy oil change.
